Hey Danny! I think there may be a way, firstly I think they have to be separated in Logic. Meaning have all channels, then all your Stacks & busses following. The busses would have to have an SSL instance in the first slot to track to the 360º. There may be an easier way but I only have a single UF8 so i can't test. Hey Jon! I've tried quite a few of the tape simulators over the past couple of years, looking for "that" sound. Every one has been WAY to obvious, to the point of me not using them. They almost sound like they are just distortion, the 102 however is much more subtle. To my ear it sounds much closer to what the actual tape machines did, making the whole mix a bit more cohesive, not just added distortion. I'm not sure technically what it's doing but it seems to compress very evenly, making the track sound bigger. The high frequency trick that Marc Daniel Nelson uses, seems like it will be a real help getting highs that aren't piercing or shrill. Hey! I bought the UF1, the jog wheel on it is great! I know that's not a great answer... I did program a 10 track jump into my soft keys, this helped a lot with giant mixes. Ah yes, there are two extra TRS inputs. These could indeed be helpful with Stereo stuff for sure. Because i'm on my own in my home studio, i often overlook things like that! 💪🏽🤠👍🏽

I haven't had the issue yet because I did something crazy, I bought an M3 macbook. I'm hearing CMD-R is causing crashes, so don't use that keystroke to start. Do you have a Time Machine backup? I would try going back to last Logic Pro version you were not having issues with and load that. It's such a pain when these things happen on a deadline! @@SonnyGreenwichJr My workaround is a defined MIDI Message via Control Center, which triggers a mode change to smart controls. Works fine and you can control all smart controls via Vpot on UF8
